Delivery

PLEASE READ ALL DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE BOOKING.
BY PURCHASING FROM FIG & PICKLE CATERING CO YOU THEREBY AGREE TO OUR DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS BELOW.

How do you deliver?

Our products are made fresh on the day and are extremely delicate, therefore are not suitable for overnight courier delivery and need to be hand-delivered by our specialist team.

Where do you Deliver?

We hand-deliver within a 16km distance range from the fig & Pickle HQ in Redditch B97.

If you are outside of our delivery zone send us an email and we will do our best to help you!

When do you deliver? 

Delivery is between 8am to 4pm depending on the product selected. All breakfast products are automatically delivered within the breakfast timings between 8am and 11am.

Do you offer delivery time windows?

We do not offer delivery time windows. please see above for delivery times.

If you require a specific delivery time, please select delivery for the day before. All our products  are easily refrigerated.

We aim to deliver within the timings provided however during busier times or if affected by traffic or weather, deliveries may take abit longer.

How much is delivery?

Our delivery service is £12 & will be added on automatically at checkout.

Free delivery will be offered to total orders over £350

Do I need to be in to accept my delivery?

Yes, the customer needs to be readily available to receive the product. If the courier needs to park and pay in order to deliver, Fig & Pickle Catering Co will charge back the client these costs.

What is your policy if there is no one to receive the product?

Delivery will be attempted by the driver. If no one is in, the package will be handed to a neighbor. Failing that, delivery will be left in a safe place. 

This is because fresh food product cannot be couriered back to HQ. Fig & Pickle catering Co is not responsible for the product once left in a safe place or with a neighbor.
